ASHDOWN, Ark.—Joe Howard Spigner, 74, of Ashdown died Thursday, Sept. 1, 2016, in Ashdown. Mr. Spigner was born June 10, 1942, in Wilton, Ark. He was a retired skilled heavy equipment operator with Domtar Paper Mill, a member of Central Baptist Church, Ashdown, and a Vietnam veteran. Survivors include his wife, Barbara Spigner of Ashdown; one daughter, Angela Spigner Rogers of Texarkana; and one sister-in-law, Virginia Ford Eskew of Ashdown. Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Central Baptist Church with the Revs. Tommy Hall and Don Embry officiating. Burial will be in Ashdown Cemetery under direction of Madden Funeral Home.
