HOYT CUMMINGS

PRESCOTT, Ark.—Hoyt Eugene Cummings, 93, of Prescott died Saturday, Sept. 24, 2016, in a local hospital. Mr. Cummings was born Dec. 31, 1922. He was a retired tax auditor with the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration, former Nevada County Circuit Clerk and a member of Liberty Nazarene Church. Survivors include three nephews and one spouse, Brooks Eugene "Sonny" Cummings, Patrick Cummings and Jeff and Brenda Davis; and two nieces and spouses, Debbie and John Brannan and Nancy and Larry Stockton. Services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home with the Revs. Jerry G. Westmoreland and Bill Apple officiating. Burial will be in Liberty Cemetery.
