NEOMIA WILLIS

Neomia Gibson Willis, 89, of Texarkana, Texas, died Wednesday, April 19, 2017, in an Atlanta, Texas, nursing home. Mrs. Willis was born Jan. 8, 1928, in Bowie County, Texas. She was retired from Sears Roebuck and a member of Hampton Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by two husbands, Elton Duffer and Buddy Willis. Survivors include one brother and two sisters-in-law, Weldon and Lanita Gibson of Atlanta and Linda Gibson of Maud, Texas; one brother-in-law, Joe Kososki of Texarkana; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Chapelwood Funeral Home with Jerry Monholland officiating. Burial will be in Chapelwood Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
