LINDEN, Texas—Shawn Claude Shamblin, 23, of Hughes Springs, Texas, died Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2017, at his home. Mr. Shamblin was born May 11, 1993, in Texarkana, Texas. Survivors include his parents, Monte and Leslie Crompton and Dean Shamblin; two brothers, Bblaine Shamblin and James Sabato; three sisters, Amanda Price, Miranda Crompton and Chelsea Crompton; his grandparents, Bill and Gerri Chapman, Claude lamar Shamblin and Pam Bryant Hough; one niece; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 2 p.m. Monday at Reeder-Davis Funeral Home with John Baxter officiating. Burial will be in Concord Cemetery. Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
