CLARA TOOMBS

Clara Lou Toombs, 97, of Arkadelphia, Ark., formerly of Texarkana, died Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2017, in Arkadelphia. Ms. Toombs was born Jan. 22, 1919. She was a member of Rose Hill Baptist Church (Cross View) in Texarkana. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Toombs. Survivors include a number of nieces and nephews. Services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home. Burial will be in Richland Cemetery.
