NEW BOSTON, Texas—Debra Charlene Hawley, 64, of Hooks, Texas, died Thursday, July 20, 2017, at her home. Mrs. Hawley was born Sept. 15, 1952 in Texarkana, Ark. She was a retired correctional officer with the State of Texas, and a member of Myrtle Springs Baptist Church, Hooks. Survivors include her husband, Randal Hawley of Hooks; one daughter, Vanessa Hawley of Hooks; three sisters and one brother-in-law, Rhonda and Phil Williams of Avery, Texas, and Jeanie Tucker and Yvonne Huff of Texarkana; one brother, Johnny Huff of Texarkana; one grandson, Zachary Hawley of Hooks; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Bates-Rolf Funeral Home with Kyle Peters officiating. Burial will be in Ringwood Cemetery. Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
