Billy Ray Polk, 82, of Texarkana, Ark., died Sunday, March 26, 2017, at a local nursing home. Mr. Polk was born Dec. 20, 1934, in Miller County, Ark. Survivors include one sister, Bobbie Grammer of Texarkana; and a number of nieces. Private services will be held later. Cremation is under direction of Texkarkana Funeral Home, Ark.
