MARSHAL WOMMACK

NAPLES, Texas—Marshal Eugene Wommack, 85, of Marietta, Texas, died Sunday, March 26, 2017, at a Texarkana, Texas, hospital. Mr. Wommack was born Jan. 10, 1932, in Dalton, Texas. He was a retired mechanic at Hamblem Tire Co. in Dallas, caretaker of Oak Ridge Cemetery, member of Oak Ridge Baptist Church and National Guard veteran. Survivors include his wife, Ruthie Wommack of Marietta; two sons and daughters-in-law, Ted and Sandra Wommack of Garland, Texas, and Dale Wommack and Pam McCollum of Rockwell, Texas; six grand- children; five great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Oak Ridge Baptist Church with the Rev. Chas Carlisle officiating. Burial will be in Oak Ridge Cemetery under direction of Harrison Funeral Home.
