QUEEN CITY, Texas—Finley Hugh Privett, 78, of Atlanta, Texas, died Wednesday, May 24, 2017, in a Texarkana, Texas hospital. Mr. Privett was born Sept. 9, 1938, in Newellton, La. He was a computer technician with H&R Block, a Mason and an Army veteran. Survivors include his wife, Ruth Privett of Atlanta; three sons, Ronald Privett of Longview, Texas, John Privett of Atlanta and Robert Privett of Queen City; three daughters, Carol Talbot of Pineville, La., Tina Green of Longview, Texas, and Rhonda Larkins of Nashville, Tenn.; one brother, Donald Privett of Pineville; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.
