HUGHES SPRINGS, Texas—Avalene Montgomery "Abby" Hatten, 74, of Lone Star, Texas, died Monday, Nov. 13, 2017, at her home. Mrs. Hatten was born Sept. 12, 1943, in Cass County, Texas. Services will be 1 p.m. today at Rock Island Non-Denominational Church with the Rev. Willie Lee Chism officiating.
