BILL McCAIN

William Robert "Bill" McCain, 80, of Texarkana, Texas, died Wednesday, Nov. 15, 2017, at his home. Mr. McCain was born June 10, 1937, in Bend, Ore. He was owner of B&B Sewing Center, a Baptist and an Army veteran. He was preceded in death by one daughter, Debbie Richardson. Survivors include his wife, Naomi McCain of Texarkana; one son and daughter-in-law, Randy and Martha McCain of Hooks, Texas; two daughters and sons-in-law, Sandra and Neal Kugler of Texarkana and Kay and Glen Gulledge of Tulsa, Okla.; five grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. today at Concord Cemetery, Fouke, Ark., with the Rev. Mike Mauldin officiating. Burial is under direction of Texarkana Funeral Home, Texas.
