HEBBARD SORRELLS
PRESCOTT, Ark.—Hebbard "Hebb" Sorrells, 67, of Emmet, Ark., died Thursday, Nov. 16, 2017, at his home.
Mr. Sorrells was born June 22, 1950, in Dallas. He was a retired Sergeant with Nevada County Sheriff's Department, former Sergeant with Hope, Ark., Police Department, formerly employed with United Nations, a Chief of Security Monitoring, Chief of Prevention of Torture and Inhumane Services with Interpol and a Vietnam War Marine Corp veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Brenda Sorrells of Emmet; one daughter, Jamie Ryckman; two stepdaughters and one stepson-in-law, Staci and Jason Helms of Hope and Sherri Grzeczkowsk of San Diego; two brothers, Wayne Sorrells of Rosston, Ark., and Scott Wall of San Diego; one grandson, Jacob Morris of San Diego; one niece, Marci Wall of San Diego; one nephew, Travis Wall of San Diego; five stepgrandchildren; 10 stepgreat-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.
Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home with Perry Johnson, Frank Henson and Neil Ridling officiating. Burial will be in Snell Cemetery, Emmet.
Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
