ALPHA DANNELLEY

HUGHES SPRINGS, Texas—Alpha C. Dannelley, 91, of Hughes Springs died Wednesday, Sept. 20, 2017. Mrs. Dannelley was born Nov. 21, 1925, in Clarksville, Texas. She was formerly employed with Hughes Springs ISD. She was preceded in death by her husband, William K. Dannelley; and one son, Kenneth Dannelley. Survivors include one son and two daughters-in-law, Alvin and Donna Dannelley of Hughes Springs and Brenda Dannelley of Marietta, Texas; two daughters and sons-in-law, Judy and Charles Kennedy of Daingerfield, Texas, and Sybil and Larry Grace of Waskom, Texas; one sister-in-law, Gladys Barrington; eight grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 2 p.m. today at Crossroads Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will be in Cornett Cemetery under direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home.
