Inella Jewell

Mrs. Mary Inella Jewell, age 72, of Texarkana, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord Monday, December 3, 2018, in a local hospital. Mrs. Jewell was born September 13, 1946, at Texarkana, Arkansas, and had been a life time resident. She was happily married to Frank for fifty-two years. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She loved to travel by road and see the scenery and she preferred taking the long way. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church and was retired from Regions Bank. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward Monte and Mildred Shaver Thompson, and a brother, L. B. Tillman, and brother-in-law Wayne Mitchell. Survivors include her husband Frank A. Jewell of Texarkana, Arkansas, one daughter and son-in-law, Pansy and Jamie Paulette of Texarkana, Arkansas, one son and daughter-in-law, Jeff and Amy Jewell of Texarkana, Arkansas, five sister and three brothers-in-law, Patsy and William Kemp, Helen Mitchell, Carolyn and Roy Love, Barbara and Thomas Graf, and Deborah Williams all of Texarkana, one sister-in-law, Lou Tillman of Holly Creek, Oklahoma, five grandchildren, Holly (Jeremy) Young, Makendra Jewell, Cory (Samantha) Paulette, Tasha Paulette, and Noah Jewell, two great-grandchildren, Riley Young and Kori Ann Paulette, and special friend Lois Pickard. A celebration of her life will be at 4:00 P. M. Friday at the Texarkana Funeral Home Arkansas Chapel with Rev. Wallace Edgar and Rev. Charlie Elrod officiating. Burial will be at Rock Springs Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 P.M. until 8 P. M. Thursday.
