WILLIAM GILBERT JR.
HOPE, Ark.—William Ebb "Bill" Gilbert Jr., 88, of Crossroads, Ark., died Friday, Nov. 30, 2018, in a local nursing home.
Mr. Gilbert was born Oct. 9, 1930, in Columbus, Ark. He was a retired truck driver, a member of Washington Baptist Church and a Korean War Army veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Beverly Gilbert of Crossroads; three sons, Eric Gilbert of Crossroads, Steve Gilbert of Woodstock, Ga., and Mark Gilbert of Paradise, Calif.; two stepsons, Rick Barr of Vancouver, Wash., and Dan Barr of Goldsby, Okla.; one stepdaughter, Cindy Lucas of Parker, Colo.; 10 grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.
Memorial services will be 11 a.m. today at Washington Baptist Church with Jimmy Dale officiating under direction of Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home.
Visitation will follow services at the church.
