JAMES DUGAN

James A. Dugan, 78, of Texarkana, Texas, died Thursday, Feb. 8, 2018, in a local hospital. Mr. Dugan was born Aug. 4, 1939, in Hempstead County, Ark. He was retired from construction and formerly employed with O'Rielly Auto Parts. He was preceded in death by one son, Dennis Dugan. Survivors include his wife, Kathy Dugan of Texarkana; one daughter and son-in-law, Sandy and Brandon Martindale of Texarkana; one sister and brother-in-law, Judy and Glenn Scroggins of Hope, Ark.; one brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Mike and Cici Spriggs of Wake Village, Texas; and one granddaughter, Addison Martindale of Texarkana. Services will be 2 p.m. Monday at East Funeral Home, Moores Lane, with Chris Shupe officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
