NEW BOSTON, Texas—Allison Michelle Patman, 43, of Texarkana, Texas, died Tuesday, July 17, 2018, in a local hospital. Mrs. Patman was born Oct. 21, 1974, in Texarkana. She was a secretary for Daniels Tire and a member of Bethel Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Gary Winchell of Texarkana; two daughters, Kristen Hogan and Cheyanne Price of Texarkana; her parents, Mary and Donnie Patman of Texarkana; two grandchildren, Keegan Webb and Roxanne Dishman of Texarkana; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Bethel Baptist Church with the Rev. Jim Harris officiating. Burial will be in Rondo Cemetery under direction of Bates-Rolf Funeral Home.
