SHIRLEY COBURN

Shirley Mae Coburn, 73, of Texarkana, Ark., died Friday, March 16, 2018, in a local nursing home. Mrs. Coburn was born Sept. 6, 1944, in Lost Prairie, Ark. She was a retired cook and a member of Starks Hill Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Harold Coburn of Texarkana; one son and daughter-in-law, Harold Jr. and Twana Coburn of Nashville, Ark.; three daughters and one son-in-law, Wanda Johnson, Viola Green and Demetris and Cedric Smith of Texarkana; one brother and sister-in-law, Nelson Jr. and Gladys Davis; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Lyles Funeral Home with Anthony Nelson Sr. officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
