TOMMIE SPRATT SR.

Tommie Lee Spratt Sr., 96, of Texarkana, Texas, died Sunday, March 18, 2018, in Texarkana. Mr. Spratt was born July 6, 1921, in Bivins, Texas. He was a supervisor with Red River Army Depot. Survivors include his wife, Ruthie Spratt of Texarkana; one son and daughter-in-law, Tommie L. Jr. and Gloria Spratt of Texarkana; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Oliver and Carol Spratt of Brownwood, Texas, and Tommie L. Jr. and Geri Spratt of Richmond, Texas; one sister, Lurlean Blacknold of Flint, Mich.; and one grandson and granddaughter-in-law, Reginald and Jillian Spratt Sr. of Chicago. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Mount Orange Baptist Church with the Revs. Alfred Jernigan and Malvin Patterson officiating. Burial will be in St. Paul Cemetery, Bivins, under direction of Jones Stuart Mortuary. Visitation will be 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. today at the funeral home.
