EVELYN PRUITT

Evelyn Pruitt, 58, of Texarkana, Texas, died Saturday, May 12, 2018, at a Dallas hospital. Mrs. Pruitt was born Aug. 7, 1959, in Texarkana. She was a day care director. She was preceded in death by one son, Keyontate Belford. Survivors include her husband, Larry Pruitt of Texarkana; three daughters, Conshanta Wyrick, Ronyetta Belford-Osborne and Keywaysha Belford of Texarkana; five brothers, Richard Wyrick, Earnest Wyrick, Donny Wyrick, Raymond Wyrick and Ramon Wyrick of Texarkana; three sisters, Sabrina Wyrick and Kissie Galloway of Texarkana and Cora Wyrick of Carrolton, Texas; and four grandchildren. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Greater New Hope Baptist Church with the Rev. Perry Brewster officiating. Burial will be in Lanark Cemetery, Queen City, Texas, under direction of Haynes Mortuary. Visitation will be 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. today at the funeral home. Online registration is at haynesmortuary.com.
