JOHNNIE MORINE SR.

Johnnie Arthur Morine Sr., 76, of Texarkana, Ark., died Tuesday, May 8, 2018, in Texarkana, Texas. Mr. Morine was born Oct. 21, 1941, in Texarkana. He was a lead person with Arkansas Highway Department. Survivors include his wife, Delores Morine of Texarkana; three daughters, Roshonda Turrentine, Danyelle Huntley and Nesi Morine of Texarkana; three sons, Johnnie Morine Jr. of Fort Worth, Texas, and Ronnie Morine and Hubert Morine of Texarkana; four sisters, Annie Gaines and Barbara Mays of Muskegon, Mich., Jackie Paxton of Texarkana and Wilma Clinton of Fort Worth, Texas; and three brothers, Sammie T. Morine, Ray Hervey and Terry Hervey of Texarkana. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Mount Grove Baptist Church with the Revs. Larry Jordan and Kenneth Reid officiating. Burial will be in Chapelwood Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the church.
