DON RODDEN

NEW BOSTON, Texas—Michael Don Rodden, 62, of Maud, Texas, died Wednesday, April 10, 2019, at his home. Mr. Rodden was born July 31, in Texarkana, Ark. He was a self-employed Master Electrician. He was preceded in death by one son, Nathan. Survivors include his wife, Melinda Thompson of Maud; two daughters, Amy Washington of Tyler, Texas, and Amanda Underwood of Whitesboro, Texas; three brothers and one sister-in-law, Larry and Judy Rodden of Benton, Ark., and Mark Rodden and Kenneth Rodden of Lindale, Texas; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. today at Ringwood Cemetery with Steve Minter officiating. Burial will be under direction of Bates-Rolf Funeral Home. Relatives will be at 305 Minton St., Maud.
