LANISHA GIDDENS

Lanisha Lashae Giddens, 37, of Texarkana, Texas, died Tuesday, April 2, 2019. Ms. Giddens was born Aug. 5, 1981, in New Boston, Texas. She was an instrument tech with Wadley Regional Medical Center. Survivors include her fiance, Nicholas Pace Sr. of Texarkana; one son, Nicholas Pace Jr. of Texarkana; her mother, Alice Giddens of DeKalb, Texas; two sisters, Lakala Giddens of DeKalb and Shamisha Hunt of Idabel, Okla.; one brother, Rickey Parker of DeKalb; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at DeKalb High School Gymnasium with Superintendent Melvin Lee Gray and the Rev. Kevin Haywood officiating. Burial will be in Martin Shiloh Cemetery, English, Texas, under direction of Jones Stuart Mortuary. Visitation will be 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. today at the funeral home.
