Penelope Noel

DIERKS, Ark.—Penelope "Penny" Searles Noel, 76, of Dierks died Saturday, April 13, 2019, in a local nursing home. Ms. Noel was born July 8, 1942, in Plainfield, N.J. She was a seamstress and a member of Dierks United Methodist Church. Survivors include two sons and one daughter-in-law, Michael and Malinda Noel and Christopher Noel of Dierks; one daughter and son-in-law, Dianna Noel and Joseph Hollo of Pittsburg, Pa.; one sister, Judy Rizzo of Lewisburg, Tenn.; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
