HOT SPRINGS, Texas—Dorothy L. Lockhart Logan, 100, of Hot Springs died Friday, Feb. 1, 2019. Ms. Logan was born Oct. 14, 1918. Services will be 11:30 a.m. Monday at Visitors Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Church, Hot Springs. Burial will be in Friendship Cemetery under direction of Carrigan Memorial Funeral Home.
