DE QUEEN, Ark.—Elbert Wayne McCarrell, 84, of De Queen died Saturday, Feb. 2, 2019, in a Texarkana, Texas hospital. Mr. McCarrell was born April 12, 1934, in Stanford, Texas. He was co-owner of L.J. Marine, De Queen, co-operator of Mack and Son Marine, Arlington, Texas, a 32nd Degree Mason, a member of Sweet Home Masonic Lodge, Arkansas Cattlemen's Association, NRA and First Baptist Church, De Queen, and an Air National Guard veteran. Survivors include his wife, Norma Jo Moore McCarrell of De Queen; one daughter and son-in-law, Cindy Lee and Morgan Frachiseur of De Queen; one sister and brother-in-law, Delouris and Jack Wages of Arlington; two grandchildren, Alan Lee of Gillham, Texas, and Megan Smith of De Queen; three great-grandchildren, Kix Wayne Lee, R.J. Smith and Bristol Rae Lee; and a number of other relatives. Memorial services will be 10 a.m. today at Chandler Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society, P.O.
