BILL HALPIN

William "Bill" David Halpin, 61, of Hooks, Texas, died Friday, Feb. 8, 2019, at his home. Mr. Halpin was born Nov. 28, 1957, in Chadwicks, N.Y. He was a corrections officer and an Army veteran. Survivors include his wife, Diana Halpin of Hooks; one stepdaughter, Teena Whitmore of Kansas; two sisters, Mary Martin and Peggy Halpin of New York; two brothers, Mike Halpin and Steve Halpin of New York; and three stepgrandchildren, Cody Whitmore, Jason Whitmore and Wyatt Whitmore of Kansas.
