Keith Edward Carpenter, 66, of Winthrop, Ark., died Thursday, Feb. 7, 2019, at his home. Mr. Carpenter was born Oct. 28, 1952, in Texarkana, Ark. He was a retired ranch hand and a Baptist. Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Sumer and Eric Williamson of Ellicott City, Md.; two brothers and one sister-in-law, Mike and Penny Carpenter and David Carpenter of Texarkana; one grandson, Daniel Pitman; three nephews, Rob Carpenter, Caven Carpenter, and Brian Carpenter; one niece, Camille Davis; and a number of other relatives. Memorial services will be 4 p.m. Monday at Texarkana Funeral Home, Texas, with the Rev. Tim Montgomery officiating. Visitation will follow services at the funeral home.
