BILLYE EARLY

LINDEN, Texas—Billye Ruth Early, 92, of Longview, Texas, died Sunday, Jan. 6, 2019. Mrs. Early was born Sept. 13, 1926, in Linden, Texas. She was a member of Linden Volunteer Ambulance Service, Linden Chamber of Commerce, Linden Ladies Hospital Auxiliary and a member of Linden United Methodist Church. Survivors include her husband, Howard "Boots" Early; three sons and daughters-in-law, Joe Patman and Donna Early of Linden, John Frank and Cindy Early of Avinger, Texas, and James "Jim" Howard and Amanda Early of Asheville, N.C.; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Linden United Methodist Church with Dick White and Michael Bedevian officiating. Burial will be in Linden Cemetery under direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home.
