MAGNOLIA, Ark.—James Curtis Davis, 68, of Stamps, Ark., died Tuesday, July 2, 2019, in a Benton, Ark., hospital. Mr. Davis was born May 3, 1951, in Stamps. He was a member of Buchanan Baptist Church. Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Cynthia and James L. Easter of Falcon, Ark.; one son, Kendrick Davis of Vallejo, Calif.; two sisters, Betty Forest McCrae of Stamps and Maurice Davis of Toledo, Ohio; one brother, Grover Davis of Stamps; two granddaughters, Cynethia Easter and Jamesa Easter of Little Rock; one grandson, Ricardo Wimbley Sr. of Stamps; two great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 3 p.m. Saturday at Buchanan Baptist Church with the Rev. Wesley McDiffie officiating. Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery under direction of R.L. Reed Funeral Home. Visitation will be noon to 4:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
