David Reppond, 54, of De Kalb, Texas passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at a Tyler, Texas hospital. David was born September 28, 1964 to Thomas Weldon Reppond and Bobbie Ann Steelman. He was a carpenter and was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his mother, Bobbie Ann Steelman Holden; one sister, Lisa Holden; and one brother, James Holden. He is survived by his father, Weldon Reppond of Sherman,Texas; one sister and brother-in-law, Rene' and Jimmy Wharton of Maud, Texas; one brother, Johnny Holden of De Kalb, Texas; and numerous other family members and friends. Services will be 11:00 A.M. Friday, July 19, 2019 at Bates Family Funeral Home in De Kalb, Texas with Rev. Justin Coburn officiating. Interment will follow at Lydia Cemetery in Lydia, Texas. Visitation will be held 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. Friday, July 19, 2019 at Bates Family Funeral Home in De Kalb, Texas.
