Carla TUTTLE

Carla Ann Tuttle, 69, of Texarkana, Texas, died Thursday, June 6, 2019, in a Houston, Texas, nursing home. Ms. Tuttle was born June 30, 1949. She was a teacher and a Christian. She was preceded in death by one son, Jeff Tuttle. Survivors include one daughter, Alison Murphy; and one brother, Bill Stinebaugh. No services are scheduled at this time.
