A.G. Martin Jr.

HOPE, Ark.—A.G. "Bud" Martin Jr., 80 of Spring Hill, Ark., died Monday, June 10, 2019, in Texarkana, Texas. Mr. Martin was born Sept. 5, 1938, in Spring Hill. He was a farmer and rancher. He was preceded in death by one son, A.G. "Buddy" Martin III. Survivors include his wife, Sandra Martin; one son, Patrick Martin; one daughter and son-in-law, Mona and Oz Samuels; one sister, Pat Bobo; four grandchildren, Toni Hodges, Gage Samuels, Mallory Martin and Leslie Jordan; four great-grandchildren; 14 nieces and nephews; and a number of other relatives. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Friday at Martin Family Cemetery, Spring Hill, with Kenneth Bobo and Wayne Johnson officiating. Burial will be under direction of Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Home.
