ALFRED MILLIGAN

ATLANTA, Texas—Alfred Milligan, 70, of Atlanta died Monday, June 10, 2019, in a Texarkana hospice. Mr. Milligan was born Feb. 7, 1949, in Cass County, Texas. He was a millwright with BE&K Construction, formerly employed by Phillpot Power, Atlanta, a member of Antioch Baptist Church and an Army veteran. He was preceded in death by one daughter, Christie Milligan Beard. Survivors include his wife, Linda Milligan of Atlanta; four sons, Michael Milligan of Bivins, Texas, Will Hartzo of Oregon, Andrew Hartzo of Vivian, La., and Clint Hartzo of Atlanta; two daughters, Leeann Small of Gatesville, Texas, and Alicia Roberts of Texarkana, Texas; one brother, Lesley Milligan of Atlanta; 11 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 1 p.m. Friday at Antioch Baptist Church with Gary Terry officiating. Burial will be in Antioch Cemetery under direction of Hanner Funeral Service.
