CLARKSVILLE, Texas—Dissie Leona Johnson, 82, of Boxelder, Texas, died Monday, June 10, 2019, in Bagwell, Texas. Ms. Johnson was born Oct. 28, 1936, in Boxelder. She was a Baptist. Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Leona and Ronny Burnett of Bagwell; one son, Phillip Barton of Clarksville; one sister and brother-in-law, Ruthie and Harvey Ross of Boxelder; two brothers, M.C. Johnson and Donnie of Boxelder; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Boxelder Cemetery with the Rev. Dennis McClintic officiating. Burial will be under direction of Clarksville Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
