DeKALB, Texas—Johnny T. Henderson Jr., 82, of DeKalb died Tuesday, June 4, 2019, in a Tyler, Texas hospital. Mr. Henderson was born Feb. 16, 1937, in Tahoka, Texas. He was a farmer, a retired mechanic with Red River Army Depot and an Air Force veteran. Survivors include his wife, Floyce Baldwin Henderson of DeKalb; two daughters, Patti Baird of Boxelder, Texas, and Selenda Young of DeKalb; three sisters, Margaret Nelson of Sudan, Texas, Sue Haley of Tucson, Ariz., and Cassie Potts of Pasadena, Texas; one brother, Joe Henderson of Lubbock, Texas; three grandchildren, Amber Goble of Missouri and Todd Baird and Sondra Rust of Avery, Texas; six great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.
