HUGHES SPRINGS, Texas—Deborah Kelly, 61, of Avinger, Texas, died Monday, Feb. 18, 2019, at her home. Mrs. Kelly was born June 7, 1957, in Detroit, Mich. Survivors include her husband, Larry Kelly of Avinger; two daughters, Tricia C. Kelly of Salisbury, N.C., and Angela Ann Kelly of Boone, N.C.; and a number of other relatives.
