NAPLES, Texas—Mary Christine "Chris" Wommack, 84, of Naples died Thursday, March 14, 2019, in Mount Pleasant, Texas. Mrs. Wommack was born August 5, 1934, in Naples. She was a homemaker and a member of First United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Reid Wommack; and one son, Johnny Wommack. Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Jimmy and Fe Wommack of Naples; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Billie Burns of Garland, Texas, and Becky Epley and Ray Austin of Kaufman, Texas; five grandchildren, Joel Wommack, Jason Wommack, Aiya Wommack, Brooke Wommack and Tiffany Wommack; one great-grandchild; and a number of other relatives. Celebration of life will be 1 p.m. Saturday at First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Jay Barnes officiating. Arrangements are with Harrison Funeral Home.
