BUDDY JONES

Buddy Bruce Jones, 82, of Ben Lomand, Ark., died Friday, May 10, 2019, in a local hospital. Mr. Jones was born April 6, 1937, in Newport, Ark. He was retired from the State of Louisiana Department of Public Safety, a Mason, a member of Trinity Baptist Church and an Air Force veteran. He was preceded in death by one grandson, Jacob Jones. Survivors include two sons and one daughter-in-law, John B. Jones of Knoxville, Tenn., and James E. and Jennifer Jones of Prairie Ville, La.; one granddaughter, Julie Jones; two cousins, Ron McMinn of Searcy, Ark., and Molly Hennessey of Little Rock; and three special friends, James Billings, David Harmon and Deronda Patterson.
