PRESTON BOBO JR.

Preston Penn Bobo Jr., 86, of Texarkana, Texas, died Tuesday, May 14, 2019, in a local hospital. Mr. Bobo was born Dec. 3, 1932 in Bowie County, Texas. He was retired from Red River Army Depot, a retired Teamster and a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Maxine Bobo. Survivors include three sons and one daughter-in-law, Stuart and Lisa Bobo, Troy Bobo and Karl Bobo of Texarkana; one brother, Gerald Bobo of Fort Worth, Texas; one sister, Margaret Williams of Texarkana; and a number of other relatives. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery with the Rev. David Holder officiating. Burial is under direction of Texarkana Funeral Home, Texas.
