BETTY FERRELL

NAPLES, Texas—Betty Jean Ferrell, 93, of Omaha, Texas, died Tuesday, May 14, 2019, in Mount Pleasant, Texas. Mrs. Ferrell was born June 11, 1925, in Dallas. She was a member of Order of Eastern Star, former pianist and member of First United Methodist Church, Omaha, and attended Daniels Chapel Congregational Church, Naples. She was preceded in death by her husband, Neal Ferrell; and one son, Don Ferrell. Survivors include one daughter, Jane Miles of Smithville, Mo.; three sons and daughters-in-law, Mike and Jeanne Ferrell of Houston, Ken and Bonnie Ferrell of Weatherford, Texas, and Robert and Sharon Ferrell of Norman, Okla.; nine grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 10 a.m. Monday at Daniels Chapel Congregational Methodist Church with Tim Anderson and Kenny Turnipseed officiating. Burial will be in Omaha Cemetery under direction of Harrison Funeral Home. Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Online registration is at harrisonfuneralhome.com.
