CHARLES BURKEEN

Charles Rufus Burkeen, 90, of Texarkana, Ark., died Thursday, May 16, 2019, in a local nursing home. Mr. Burkeen was born Feb. 20, 1929, in Texarkana. Survivors include one stepson, Wayne Green of Genoa, Ark.; two sisters, Wanda Treas of Texarkana and Dorothy Cook of McMinnville, Tenn.; and a number of other relatives.
