BRENDA McCOY

Brenda Joy McCoy, 67, of Texarkana, Texas, died Friday, May 17, 2019, at her home. Ms. McCoy was born March 3, 1952, in Texarkana, Ark. She was a retired Correctional Officer with Bowie County Sheriff's Office and a member of First Baptist Church, Redwater, Texas. Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Kenzi and Justin Lamon and Katie and Matt Phillips; one sister and brother-in-law, Patti and John Craft of Fort Worth, Texas; two nephews, Kevin Craft and John Craft, III; five grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Texarkana Funeral Home, Texas, with the Revs. Mike Powell, Todd Reed and Kevin Holt officiating.
