Arkie Dean Jones, 78, of Texarkana, AR passed away on Saturday, September 14, 2019, at his home. He was born on August 19, 1941, in Okolona, AR. Mr. Jones was retired from Miller County Sheriff's Office and Riggs Caterpillar. Survivors include his wife, Michelle Marie Jones of Texarkana, AR; daughter and son-in-law, Deana and Johnny "Bunky" Wilhite of Texarkana, AR; two sons and daughter-in-law, Jonathan and Tiffany Womack of Orlando, FL and David Womack of Denver, CO; grandchildren, Brayden Wilhite and Jocelyn Wilhite of Texarkana, AR, Dante, Darien and Evie Womack of Orlando, FL, Taylor Womack of Texarkana, TX and Brittney Pickens and her husband, Dakota, of Maud, TX; one great-granddaughter, Elizabeth Pickens. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, September 17, 2019, at East Memorial Chapel-Downtown with the Rev. Ellis Jones officiating.
