Visitors are invited to stroll through the candlelit streets of Historic Washington State Park next Friday and Saturday, Dec. 10--11, during the 35th Annual Christmas and Candlelight.
The historic village will come alive with decorations and music will set the mood for an historic holiday experience. Homes of yesterday will be adorned with period decorations and thousands of luminaries will light the streets throughout the town. Tour venues will open at 1 p.m. and continue until 8 p.m. Luminary lighting and music programs begin at 5 p.m. A festive meal will be available from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Williams' Tavern Restaurant.
Tickets are $10 for adults and $6 for children ages 6 to 12, plus tax. The park is located 8 miles off I-30 from Hope, Arkansas. For more information, call 870-983-2684 or visit [email protected]
