Three Ashdown High School students recognized at state ceremony

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. -- Three Ashdown High School students were recently selected to serve as student leaders in Arkansas at the SkillsUSA State Officer Pinning Ceremony.

The ceremony was held Nov. 16 at the Associated Builders & Contractors of Arkansas Campus in North Little Rock.

Chloe Silva, Vice President; Reagan Burden, Reporter; and Bannon Price, Treasurer, were the AHS students selected.

Two of these students, Chloe Silva and Reagan Burden, served during the previous school year as well.

SkillsUSA offers many opportunities for leadership as students prepare for the workforce. The mission of SkillsUSA is to empower members to become world-class workers, leaders and responsible American citizens.
