Texarkana, Texas--Tonsorial Arts Barber College held its grand opening Saturday in grand style with music, food and a parking lot block party. But the star of the show was its new facilities, set to greet its first students in January. Charles House, co-owner and CEO, showed off the result of their months of work, alongside the school's front desk coordinator and media assistant, Christeena Cook. The expanded school will welcome students in January.
