TEXARKANA, Texas -- The Liberty-Eylau Independent School District Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing during its regular meeting tonight.
The public hearing will be on a budget and tax notice and presented by Business Manager Frank Rougeau. It will be held right before the open forum.
After the open forum, Superintendent Ronnie Thompson will give his reports to the board, including the latest enrollment data.
Beginning regular business of the meeting, Thompson also will present the 2022-23 compensation plan to the board for consideration of approval.
The board also will consider a presentation by Rougeau for the final budget amendment to the operating budget for the 2021-22 fiscal year, as well as the annual investment review.
Afterward, the 2022-23 operating budget will be considered for adoption.
The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. at 2901 Leopard Drive.
