TEXARKANA, Texas -- The 19U senior American legion Texarkana Razorbacks rallied late Thursday evening at George Dobson field, winning 6-4 over Camden Pulpwood.
After a scoreless first inning, the Hogs put together back to back singles by Traveler Couch and Shaw Storey, followed by an RBI from Derek Hilton to put the hogs out in front 3-0.
Camden then chased Hogs starter Jayce Moore in the third inning, picking up 4 runs to take the lead.
Nate Moore came on in relief for the Hogs, and then picked up the win on the mound for the Hogs once the comeback was complete in the fifth by the home team, with another base hit from Couch, a triple from Braylon Blair, and an rbi single from Kye Monroe.
The hogs are back in action today at noon to continue their weekend.
