Truck purchases top county’s agenda

NEW BOSTON, Texas -- Vehicle and computer software purchases top the Bowie County Commissioners Court meeting at 9 a.m. today.

The Commissioners will meet in the second-floor courtroom at the courthouse to consider buying four F-150 pickup trucks, collectively valued at $120,735.

They also consider buying UKG Ready computer software for $30,040.

In other business, the court will consider appointing Robin Curtis to replace Wallace York on the Bowie County Housing Authority's Board of Commissioners.
